Cornucopia has branched out to include interior design along with flowers and full event decor. In 2001 Dorothy was asked to design a hospitality area at the US Open for 200 guests during the full 2 week period.
Instead of rented tables and clothes this client wanted a more permanent, high-end look so we set out to create something completely different from all the others.
With custom copper planters built in Belgium, glass table tops, and concrete table bases we had a sold foundation that gave us versatility with flowers, vases and the companies art collection to last for several years.
The project was a success and 3 years later we were asked to create a new look for the space as well as revamp the luxury suites by upholstering old furniture, bringing in new, along with paint and accessories.
We also can create small rooms within rooms and lounge areas for special events.
